This Shipping Policy explains how LegacyInBrush delivers your order — whether you have purchased a digital portrait file or a physical canvas print. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.
1. DIGITAL PORTRAIT DELIVERY
1.1 Delivery Method
Digital portrait files are delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical shipping is required for digital orders.
1.2 Delivery Time
Your high-resolution digital portrait file will be sent to your inbox within minutes of completing your purchase and approving your free watermarked preview. In rare cases, delivery may take up to a few hours depending on system load.
1.3 File Format and Resolution
Digital portraits are delivered as high-resolution image files (JPG or PNG), suitable for personal printing, digital display, and sharing.
1.4 Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your file within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the file is still missing, contact us at support@legacyinbrush.com and we will resend it at no charge.
2. PHYSICAL CANVAS PRINT SHIPPING
2.1 Fulfillment Partner
All physical canvas prints are produced and fulfilled by Printful — a trusted US-based print-on-demand facility with production centers worldwide. Printful manages all printing, quality control, packaging, and shipment of physical orders.
2.2 Production Time
After your portrait is approved and payment is completed, production of your canvas print begins. Standard production time is 3–5 business days.
2.3 Estimated Shipping Time
- United States: 5–7 business days after production
- Canada: 7–12 business days after production
- United Kingdom / Europe: 7–14 business days after production
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or customs processing.
2.4 Shipping Carriers
Printful ships via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional carriers depending on your location. The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address.
2.5 Shipping Costs
LegacyInBrush offers free shipping on all physical canvas print orders worldwide. No shipping fee will be added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
2.6 Order Tracking
Once your canvas print has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
3.1 Worldwide Shipping
LegacyInBrush ships physical canvas prints to most countries worldwide through Printful’s fulfillment network.
3.2 Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. LegacyInBrush has no control over customs processing times or fees.
3.3 Customs Delays
Deliveries to some countries may experience delays at customs. These delays are outside our control. We recommend allowing additional time for international deliveries, particularly during peak seasons.
4. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
4.1 Damaged Items
If your canvas print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@legacyinbrush.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
4.2 Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows that a package has been lost in transit, contact us and we will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will be offered for confirmed lost shipments.
4.3 Wrong Address
LegacyInBrush is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@legacyinbrush.com — we can only modify addresses before production begins.
